The pressure-washer diagnostic runs in your browser. Your selections are held only in current browser memory and are cleared when you start over, reload, or close the page. We do not provide an account, diagnostic submission form, advertising tracker, or analytics script.
External result links and Copy diagnosis
When a result suggests consulting a manual or a qualified repair provider, the result card offers a fixed web-search link. That link opens in a new tab with rel="noreferrer" — no referrer and no diagnostic answers are sent to the search engine. The link is a generic, user-initiated search URL with no affiliate parameters, no tracking, no lead form, and no specific merchant recommendation. The "Copy diagnosis" button copies a plain-text summary to your device clipboard only; nothing is uploaded.
Standard website delivery data
As with any website, our hosting, DNS, and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that infrastructure data to build a profile of your diagnostic answers.
If you email us, your message and address are processed so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive repair records.
